Right now, before Kindley opens
Accounts don't exist yet, so the only thing we collect is what you give us on the waitlist: your email address, when you signed up, and which page you signed up from. We use it for one thing - telling you when Kindley opens - and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Everything below describes how your data will be handled once you have an account.
What we collect
Your real stats from any platform you choose to connect (with your explicit consent, through each platform's own login - we never see your password). What you type yourself: your goals, and anything you edit when drafting a letter.
Where it goes
Your stats and goals are used to generate your read, matches, and drafted letters. When you send a letter, it goes out through Kindley's own system so we can track replies for you - never through your personal email account.
Where it's saved
In your Kindley account, tied to your login - not just your browser, so it follows you across devices. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with brands beyond what a letter or application itself requires. We don't use it for advertising. Nothing is sent to any brand without you personally reviewing and sending it.
